Thank you very much for the purchase. Did you tried to turn on “continuously rasterize” option on your logo layer inside “Logo Placeholder” composition? Even if your logo is vector (which is perfect) if you logo is smaller in size and if you are using scale option in After Effects to scale it up to 150% or 200%... you need to enable that “continuously rasterize” option to keep nice and clean vector edge. If that does not help please send me your logo file on my mail so that I can check it out and see what can be a problem.

That’s Quicktime codec problem, which is required so that After Effects can read prerendered Quick Time .mov files… so if you don’t have it installed After Effects will report at loading project that files are missing or that they are damaged.

Solution is easy… you’ll just need to download and install codec from link below. Install it while all other programs are closed, and restart computer after install so that codec can be implemented well inside After Effects.

Hello and thank you very much for the purchase! Yes, off course that I can help you. You are getting that message because you tried to open PLUGINS version of the project. For that plugins version you need to have installed both additional Video Copilot Optical Flare and Trapcode Particular 2.0 plugins… if you don’t have them on your system then you just need to go to “Logo Streaks Logo Reveal (NO PLUGINS)” folder and open any project file from that folder and that’s it.

- Only thing if you are using NO Plugins version, is that you need to have installed QuickTime codec on you computer: https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
Anyway before opening I highly recommend you to open and follow “Light Streaks Logo Reveal – Instructions” PDF help file which is included with other files. Everything is explained there and it’s very easy to follow…. but if you have additional question or need some advice, feel free to contact me through my profile page or over mail.

Hello, thank you for your interest in this project and for the compliments . Yes, all particles and flares are pre-rendered and you will get the same result as in the version with the plugins. Also inside each of the project versions (there’s 3 color versions included) you have layers with scene controls, so you can easy change any of the colors with couple of clicks… for example if you want to better match them with your logo colors.
