I too downloaded and am unable to use I am on PC and using CS6. Could you please make available a version I can use? In your description you should make mention that this will only work with CC and I would have stayed away and never spent the money. Please help as I am unable to use this at all, and downloading a free trail is not an answer.
On the item details page, in the info box to the right it actually does list what versions it’s compatible with. You can request a refund.
As a seller making it clear much like you do with optical flares would be helpful. How do i go about requesting a refund? I’ve never needed a refund before.
Hello, I’ve just downloaded this. Please may you explain how I turn the plug in layers off and the pre-rendered passes on? I can’t figure it out.
I may have just figured it out, seems to be working. Just clicked the little eye and it seems to have done what I wanted it to! :’)
i understand how to turn off and on layers but which layers are “plug ins” and which layers are “pre-rendered”? i don’t have the plug-ins so i need to turn off all of those layers. thanks.
So, it was slightly lazy of developer not to include a video on how to change everything. I’m a beginner and this is all greek to me. Please advise. “Turn off plugin layers…” How does one do that?
The little ‘eye’ icon to the far left of every layer toggles that layers visibility. There’s a couple of good ‘After Effects for Beginners’ videos out there. If you’re really that inexperienced it’d probably be worth 15 minutes of your time to watch one.
The project contains 15 references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore these references
From the description: Burning Fuse uses (but does not require) Video Copilot’s Optical Flares and Red Giant’s Particular plug ins. Pre-rendered passes ARE included.
I just purchased your template and did not notice it was for CC and above. I am on a Mac Pro using Adobe After Effects 6. Can you please send me a project file that is compatible with my version if possible. Thanks in advance.
I would if I could but I’m using CC (2014) and can’t export that far back. Perhaps get the 30-day trial?
Thank you for your response and suggestion. I apologize for this inconvenience.
Ae CC 2014 can save down one version, to Ae CC (v12).
To save to CS6, you’ll have to save down from Ae CC 2014 then open and save down again from Ae CC (v12).
If you can do this, I would greatly appreciate it. I would prefer not have to get the 30-day trial. I’m concerned that it would mess up my current setup.
The version of AE I have will not let me export to AE CC (v12). I can’t imagine how using the trial would mess up your system. Best of luck.
Hello! Great looking project. Can I add more credits? I need to add about 10 more. Thanks!
Of course you can. The template is pretty simple, depending on your AE experience it shouldn’t be too hard to add more credits.
Nice Work.
