New problem. When I go to render the animation the videos don’t have audio playing even though the files have audio. Does this not support audio?
It does support audio if you have added it to your composition. This FAQ should help you out.

I have a log that is in png format but when I replace the envato.ai with it my log does not show up in the beginning but it does show up at the end. Do I have to do. Does the logo have to be in .ai format?
Hi there,
if you drop your logo into the ‘Logo Precomp’ then it should appear at both the start and the end as that comp is used in Comp 5 early on and Comp 25 later.
You can use any file format for your logo but ai or eps is best.

Where do I change the rotation of the video placeholders? I needed to change some things on the timeline but now the video placeholders just appear instead of rotating in.

Hi Ukune, select the layer you want to rotate and hit ‘r’ to bring up the rotation keyframes. If the layer is hidden then locate the ‘hide’ icon on the top left of the timeline and uncheck it.

Is there any font compatibility issue? Can I use Greek and other characters in my text?
You can use any font you wish within these templates. You may have to adjust font size and spacing etc. but any font that is compatible with After Effects will work fine.
I’m fairly well versed in After Effects and I am looking to switch the “We Specialize In” part with the 3 bars with the “Our Work” bubbles. I see how to move the word layers but I can’t locate the masks or the layers that control the circles and lines.

You need to unhide those layers by checking/unchecking the ‘hidden’ icon to the top left of the timeline. That should be explained very early on in the included tutorial.

Great Work, love it! I have a question, how can I slow down the rotation of the movies blocks, I already made the files behind the video blocks longer and on the main timeline also, but now i have the problem with the fast rotation where and how can i change the speed of these rotations?

The video block has a maximum time of 5 seconds before it shifts from Video one to two to three to four. Even though the video i insert if longer then 5 secs, it only shows the first 5 then moves on. Is there any way for me to show more of my video in that stage ?

how is your knowledge of After Effects? In order to extend the length of these comps you will have to do a little bit of tweaking to the project file.
In order to see all the layers within the file you will have to uncheck the ‘hidden’ icon on the top left of the timeline and you should then be able to shift everything along so as to allow for more time in each video container.

I want to change the comp size but when I do everything is too close. Can I zoom the project out to fit a different comp size?
Do you want to change it so that the render size is smaller? If so, just set the render settings in the render queue and leave everything in the project the same size.

Is there a way to delete the bubbles because i want less than what is already there.
Yes there is, deselect the ‘hide’ switch on the top left of the timeline. This will reveal all the other layers used to build this template.
You will have to do some tweaking of the timeline but it should be fairly easy to see once you have everything visible.

Is there a way to slow everything down without losing the quality of the effects? I have some text in the circles that need a little bit more time to be read. Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

Glad you like the project. If you uncheck the ‘hidden’ icon on the timeline you will see all the layers and comps that build the project.
I would suggest saving a backup and just tweaking the length and placement of the comps you want extending.

hey Smudgthis this is a cool project,
i have purchased it but now i want to change the color and filter of the back, i need it solid white. I see that you said in your help me video that we can not make tweeks to the background, only to the colors… But really: we can not change it?

the template is setup so that you can easily tweak the main colours in the template, however you could quite easily just add a fill effect to the bg layer to change that.

Awesome… Great technique. Some effects (as LEDGE – KNOW // KNOW LEDGE …) should have be difficult to customize I guess
Took me a while to figure out if you had the right project then…
the video within the video containers is actually another project of mine. I suppose you could split any word within that particular project and it would work fine with some minor positioning tweaks.
