Good morning. I just bought your file to after effects and there is a problem in rendering. Indeed it appears black lines in the cube as it grows to let appear the text. I think this problem is related to a cube_tumble Solid-because if we deactivate it completely, of course we no longer see the blue shadow but this error does not appear in the report. Can you help me urgently please? thank you for your help cordially Yann

Thanks for your purchase. Without seeing an example of the problem you’re having, it’s difficult to tell exactly what might be causing the issue.
It may be caused by too much Gaussian Blur on the “CUBE_blur” layer within the “tumblecube_MASTER” composition. Try reducing the amount of Gaussian blur to something around 500 to see if that fixes the glitch.

Can you recommend a place to get the sound effect for this piece that is affordable?
I would love to get the sound effect you used for this, but I can’t afford the $99 VideoCoPilot Sound FX package
I checked in audiojungle, but nothing really fits it as well as the one you used from VideoCoPilot.

That’s a good question. I can’t really think of too many places that have the quality of the VC Sound FX package, but do some searching around and you might find something worthwhile.
Give sounddogs.com a try and see what you find there.

I have been following your instructions on the video to customise the project and I have a few problems.
Where do I get and how do I add the sound effects ?
I purchased the sound track, but how do i sync it so its the same as yours ?
What size should the logo files be (in pixels) ?
I have more questions as I am new to After Effects and really enjoying learning, but didnt want to bombard you here.

Thanks for your purchase.
1. The sound effects are from VideoCopilot’s Designer Sound FX pack, which you can purchase from videocopilot.net.
2. The soundtrack probably begins at a different point in the song… you’ll just have to figure out where that point is and begin the song at that point.
3. There is no set pixel size for the logo, but I believe it is supposed to fit within a 500×500 pixel window. When you place it into the logo comp, you’ll be able to tell how large it needs to be.

Well done! Don’t know what I will use this for yet but, I had to scoop it up. I have cs5 with video copilots optical flares. When I load the project I noticed that the optical flares weren’t firing off during the final transition. Hence, I opened up the “of prep” comp and it was empty. Any ideas?

Thanks for your purchase! Glad you like the file. After looking into the problem, it appears that somehow the pre-rendered optical flare Quicktime didn’t make it into the final assets folder.
I’ve fixed the issue and will be resubmitting the file to the marketplace today, so hopefully it will be available shortly.
