I did, however, get the same issue the two people above got (where the asteroid model was not showing up). This was because I choose to install my Element 3D assets in a custom folder. After reading your comments above, it is clear you installed them into your default ‘My Documents’ location. So I managed to fix this issue by reinstalling my Element 3D v2 assets into the default location on ‘My Documents’, and now the project works fine. If you would like to help out your customers, you may like to post this solution in your product description so they can figure out how to fix it if it happens to them.
