I purchased this package and wanted do some changes for my company. I have made all the changes and when i try to export it fails with unknown error. I tried to export CC media encoder version 13. I also tried to export original project I have downloaded and had same issue. Is it possible to give me suggestion spent 2 day straight on it and if it doesn’t work my days and amount paid will be wasted.

Thank you for your fast response. I manage to render it. I have tried with three different computer and one of them was able to render. Since I don’t know what was the actual cause I can not suggest anything for other people who might have same issue.

No worries. You can find All Hand PNG files here: 1. Open Unzipped project folder (Whiteboard AI)] 2. Go To folder > (Footage) > 012 Prepared Hands > 001 Hand Image PNG > 3. Here You can find All Hand PNG files.

Find Folder With The name Sound FX in the main Project window. You can get there MP3 audio file with all sound fx for the composition. Just Drag and drop this file into Your final composition and hit render. Good luck!

oh no I make my own composition. I found only Sound FX for Story 1 and Story 2.
Why your Sound FX is not in the individual Composition. This would be very handy.
Now I have for each combositionen apart cut the sound and insert into the project. A real-consuming work.
Do you have the single sound FX files? Or can I bought them anywhere? Please send me download or buy Link.

Hi, can you add your own artwork to the program, which can be used in place of the included one with the program? If yes, which files are accepted? Other companies claim that own artwork can be used and imported (say .png, SVG) with their programs, but they don’t work as claimed. This is a waste of the customer’s time as well as undermining the trust. Your library is extensive, but own artwork is sometimes needed to portray the specific situation. Therefore this option to use own artwork as well is an important feature. Please let me know.

Hi, I probably didn’t explain myself clearly enough. I assume that if I buy Your After Effects Project, that it will include your set of the artwork as you describe on the website. My question is: can I use my own artwork (in addition to your artwork) in the project as well? Meaning, can I import my artwork into the After Effects Project and in what format (svg, png, tif or similar). This was my question.
