you need to test this template with the latest Element3D plugins as the impressive text in the demo looks very different when actually rendered, the latest versions of the plugins interact differently and the 3D text does not look so good. The missing textures is a real problem constantly asking for them and one environment is missing completely; I have given up with it.

You can see how the lighting is much different and the texture not as nice, this is the result after the missing files within Element 3D were re-linked.

Hi, I have a problem when I want to encode the video. I get the error: An application has requested more GPU memory than is available in the system. Error code 6. I have a processor i7 extreme edition, 28 Go DDR3, Nvidia GTX650, After Effects CS6. I think the graphics card is not powerful enough, can i change anything in the project to correct the problem please ? Thanks
I’m having the same problem as Dfaraway. After effects never warns me either about missing textures.
Hi, I’m working on a Mac with AE 2015 and Element 2.20
The project loads OK with no warnings of missing textures with just one footage missing that I re-link OK.
The problem is the text is very dark – almost black with no metallic material.
I checked the Element scene setup and no environment map is applied to any of the text scenes. I have all the Element default environments installed.
Also the materials have no textures in the textures edit panel.
I’ve tried re-loading several times but no luck. Can you help me to get it to work as it should?

Hmmm… if you have element 3d v2 or v1 no more plugins required for this template… check element 3d plugin in effects menu is it available? Becose only it needet for this template! 
I buy Element 3d v2 today and check compatibelyty with this version (2.07) it work fine! All titles the same as in preview! check your element plugin in AE !

Hi, i just purchased this template but i am having some trouble with it, the lighting of the end 4 or 5 texts is really dark/ much darker than your video preview shows and i am missing a file – Flare_bt2_[00000-00074].jpg – how can we talk more about this?
Hi! You need to relink missing textures in element 3d if it ask you about it! And relink Flare_bt2_[00000-00074].jpg seq to seq from Assets folder in project folder on your hard drive! or try to move project folder directly to drive c:\ (not in subfolder)
I was able to relink the files, but there still seems to be something wrong with the lighting on the text… I uploaded my version and downloaded your version, im not sure why the lighting setup differs i didn’t change anything what could be wrong? Try this Way – Copy all of my textures to your documents \ videocopilot \ materials \ Pro_Shaders_maps \ //// After It – close AE and open project again every time when you see message about missing element 3d textures – locate textures folder in your project folder and press – RELINK you must see message – Found 0 model and 3 textures!
I removed the Textures and after effects never gives me a popup warning me that the textures are missing. That must be why the text is showing up dark and not like what you rendered out.
does anyone know how to slow the titles down without losing the quality? I tried, but end of getting frame drag.
Above, abantu says “project works well with element 3D V1 but not supported by V2.” Can anyone else confirm this is true? On the Video Copilot site it is not clear where one can buy v1 of the Element 3D plugin.

Sorry but i don’t know(( formaly element 3d v2 is compatible with 1 but i’m not test that! Later i optimize all of my projects to work with element 3d v2

Yes! For element 3d You need a graphic card like a Geforce gtx470 or more! and 1+ gb of ram!

I’ve finished the presentation using this project, after initial problem with my limited graphic memory card, everything works well. Your work is excellent, and your responsibility is over expectation. I’ve learned several things from this project 1.The graphic card should be more than 1 GB 2.This project works well with element 3D V1 but not supported by V2, contact video copilot team for more detail 3.Element 3D may ask you to fill in the information several times whenever you open the project and you need to relink the textures every time the notification appears on the screen 4. Font should be Trajan not Trajan regular(which will appear strange) 5.This is quite complicated project for the beginner(like me) but you will be happy when it’s done
hi i just bought your template. i m on mac, element 2. when i open it, every null object is disconnect…, font isn’t there…
so no more cam moves and stufff; ....more, the element text really doesn’t looks so great ( lightning prob , in your project the problèmes are already there ( some letters become dark because of strange position of lights ) but in my project it’s worst… any idea how to make your client happy??

Hi! If after effects ask for ELEMENT effect – you need element 3d from videocopilot installed! its not pssible to ask about plugin already installed in your system!

Hmm i cant find it too ((( Maybe if you buy elemetn 3d v2 you can download element 3d v1 too from your download page or you can download element 3d v1.6 distributive from torrents and do not use Crack – youse you element 3d v2 license but i dont give 100% warranty to license working, BAD MOVE From VIDEOCOPILOT ((( In theory Element 3d v1 templates – compatible with element 3d v2 but not 100% warranty ( i’m not buy element 3d v2 now and can’t test it! Videocopilot is IGNORE users projects and make v2 is incompatible with v1 files (not 100%) i update all of my templates to v2 as soon as possible !

As discussed on the support page I don’t want to invest $200 on Elements 3D V2 which you do not recommend for your templates. Unfortunately Elements 3D V1 is no longer support by Videocopilot and can’t be downloaded anymore on their website.
Would you be able to add the following text on your template? I will give you the dropbox link to the pictures but before we go any further what will be the tag price for this customization? Please note that this is not for commercial use and I’m not going to get any payment for this this project. I’m doing this to help a church raise some funds to help out poor pastors in the Philippines. I hope you’d give me your best price.
