hi when i open the template in after effects it says 3 files are missing since you last saved but i just opened it for the first time after buying and the template seem to be uneditable. what could be the problem

My media image is blurry, even though it’s a high resolution image and I’m placing it within the media001-replace.jpg footage file. Any reason why this is happening?

I did both of those and have them updated with my logo files. However, when I render the project they are not viewable. Please see my link here to see what I am saying.

Hi, Phil, when you open project in PROJECT bin you have “LOGO” folder and inside that folder you have 2 LOGO .PNG files, right click on each, then replace footage and choose your logo. Also there is a help file, read it.

I just purchased the file, and noticed that the end scene there is no logo placement? Did I do something wrong. There is another logo placement on the text ” 8th September” etc…that doesn’t have the logo placement holder for the vertical logo on the banner. Please help! I need to finish this ASAP !
