hi, recently bought it but im having six layers issues which i think is because it is an older version, most of the errors says it must be a typo issue or the effect no longer exists. can you please let me know how can i contact with you?

I just bought this File and it is missing a ton of elements. It is not usable at this point. The elements are showing up offline and it is also only showing one logo reveal and there should be 4. Can you please send me the correct Videohive file with it as it should be. I don’t like knowing I spent my money on something that doesn’t work.

I dont think so because there is a lot of layers using differents blend modes (Overlay, Add, etc) and it doesnt work with alpha channel.

Hi, I feel like the primary background image i there alright but i don”t see the rest of the images. how to make so that they appear more? Opacity, flicker,.. ?
Did you drag and drop your logo already?
Yes it is In the logo asset and nothing In the tag asset
