Hi, this project requires Element 3D plugin from Videocopilot. whereas optical flares is just optional ( in case you want to edit the flares)..pre-rendered flare is included in the project..and this project also requires Metropolitan pack from video copilot..it’s all mentioned in the project description. if you want any help with this project please message me through my profile page, thank you

Hi i have a problem with the reflection here, by default there is no reflections in buildings and even the ambiance is bit changed so, can you help me please to achieve the reflection like in the preview. Regards

Hello i just purchased this and it says it can not be opened or edited with my version of After Effects…. I have CS5. It says the file you are attempting to open was created with AE version 11.0.3 (Macintosh 64) and cannot be opened with this version. Please help ASAP

Yes, I opened the other file but I cant seem to get the same video as shown in the preview. It has the top shot of the city and that is it. can you help ?
Is it also because it says that the “element” effect is missing in my AE ?

Well, that didn’t work. Followed simple directions but no luck even with your 3D text in Logo Layer. “Apply to new layer” cannot be unchecked in autotrace however. Any ideas? All other settings are matching yours.
I found a work around by replacing the Logo layer with a new solid & mask from AI – reassigned in Element & all is good. Thanx.

Please help because your product says my version is fine and I have CS6 masters edition.
hi..thanks for purchasing this project..this was created in after effects cs6 only..so the project file is not the problem…are u using mac? did u install the software recently? did u install the patch that adobe released for after effects? if not..follow the link & download and install the patch.. http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=13&platform=Macintosh ...this should fix the probelm..and even after this..if u are facing the probelm with auto contrast..close the project file..turn on CAPS LOCK..and open the project file…so that the effects are not loaded..and u can turn of the auto contrast layer..amd then turn off CAPS LOCk…let me know if u have an issues…thank u

it just said “crash auto Contrast xxxxx” and when i open it at mac it just said?element 3d detected missing files

hi..u know just turn the caps lock on and open the project file..so that it doesn’t load the effects..then u can turn the auto contrast layer off..and then switch the caps lock on…and about the missing files..u do have the metropolitan pack right? do u see all the buildings?
just can not see any buildings,so just need a pre-rendered file…..
oh ok..i’m sorry man..we are not supposed to sell pre-rendered files that are created using Element 3d Plugin..its a copyright violation.

hi, that cannot done..but, if it is solid gold..then you could use the gold texture, that comes along with element 3d plugin..thank u

You advertize in your video’s description that VC’s metropolitan pack must be purchased. So I purchased your video assuming that the city will be editable.
And what do you know? The city is pre-rendered! I can’t edit anything but the logo and the flare.
Am I missing something here?
Also I get an element 3d warning message about a missing texture which is nowhere to be found. (I’m guessing it’s the sky/horizon background?)

Hi..i’m guessing that you must have purchased it on the day or the day after it was uploaded..bcoz when i uploaded it..it was actually a pre-rendered project..but the review team put it on hold stating pre renders are not allowed due to VC’s copyright..so i had to upload the editable version..so plz re-redownload the project.Everything will be fine. thank u
Yeah I just downloaded again, and got the exact same file. Nothing’s updated. The project files only use the pre-rendered city models. The element 3d layer only has the logo model. Definitely NOT happy with this misleading purchase.
i’m really sorry about that..there were some problems..for some reason the project file i had uploaded did not stick in envato’s server..now the problem has been fixed..i’m really sorry for the inconvenience…you can download it now..thank u
