The problem is solved.
Unfortunately the first project that i have open still don’t working, but if i restart a new project from the original one now all functions are ok.
But I have to assemble all the 100 photos another time 
Now i have to finish my work and put 5 stars for your templates and your assistance.

Hello, I have a problem with check box. The project appears in BW and nothing changes using check box. I set the language in english but it’s the same. I use Adobe CC on OSX Mountain Lion and Maverick, and both work stations have the same problem(both in english language) What can I do? Thank You
Hi there Tom! The main problem for this issue is the language, that it must be in English first before opening the project. Was it in another language previously? Are you opening a saved project? Can you open a brand new project or redownload the template that is in your download section and then opening that. If this doesn’t work. Let me know. Kind regards

I’m working off a mid 2011 iMac with 4GB memory. I get thru a few minutes of rendering then I fail due to lack of memory. Tried turning off lighting effects and lowered quality settings. Neither worked. Can you help? Hoping to get a Christmas gift done and don’t have time to upgrade my memory.

Hello! It’s taking too long for me to render this file. For the extended file, it’s 12hrs. Is there any way that I can fasten the rendering?
Hi there! Rendering will vary depending on the computer spec you have. Can take from 2 hours to overnight. It has has to process through the 100 photos, especially at the end, when it creates the mosaic. Also, check if your not rendering on a Lossless compression. this will increase the time of render. you can try turning off the light source that creates the shadow, this is explained in the tutorial for faster rendering. regards

Hi there, love the template, I’m using the Mosaic Feature add on template and just wondering why the Mosaic doesn’t cover the whole area, is it meant to do that or am I doing something wrong?

Hi there. Am seriously considering buying this template as it looks great. Just wondering about the final image that displays. We are launching a new logo and want the images to form tree that is part of the logo…can the template do that and how? Your help will be great.
Hi Darinm! You can use any part of the logo for the final image. Its just a matter of positioning, scaling your final image to how you like it. So for example, your tree is part of your logo, In the comp, you can drag that logo around to just showcase that tree section and the mosaic will do its thing. Hi, can I add Videos instead of the pictures. And still get the same effect?
Hi there! Yes you can add videos, but the end mosaic will still have to be an image instead of a video. Also please note the rendering time might increase with using video. Regards
Quick Question: Is it easy to cut the mosaic photo reveal down to 25-30 seconds? So with the demo example, can it reveal the photo 30 seconds in instead of 1:30?

Hi Belsemore! So you are wanting to show a few photos at the start then move into the end frame mosaic? It is possible to do that. I would need to show you a few things on what to do, nothing too hard though. But please note you will still need to add in all 100 photos for the mosaic to take effect. Cheers
