Want to set Complete white background in Video. How?
What are the steps to add an audio file ? In its help file appears no mention of it.
Hi! You should look up some tutorials for adding music to AE. This is kind of a separate topic and doesn´t have that much to do with the project. Personally I use premiere or other video editing software for adding sound.
Great piece of work, well done, and the instructions are in perfect English, easy to follow. I’ll go out of my way to buy more stuff from Mountaineer, it is about saving time and getting great work to impress customers. I can’t make money if I spend hours trying to understand instructions written by someone who does not know English. Thank You!

Hi! Thanks! The logo composition i 1200*264px, but you can scale the height of this comp if you need. It´s best to use a vectorized logo so you don´t have to worry about the resolution.

Hi! That’s a good question. I really don’t know how the licensing works with free items. Try searching the forum or check with staff.

i was trying to find more info regards the license i guess i going to buy it but i have a question this is for a company outside the us they going to us it for we i guess and some local tv ad out side the usa so the regular license is ok?
is kind of confusing because i saw just more restriction on audio for broadcast

Hi again! You´re ok with a regular licence as long as it´s not part of a commercial end product which each user has to pay for. If you´re going to use it in a single tv ad, it´s ok with a regular licence, as long as you don´t use the same licence for another production. This will require a new license (i think) or the extended one.

I’m with Rasterix, I have downloaded the file today, open using AE CC (12.2.1.5) and the .mov files are faulty, all 4 of them… I tried to open in Premier CC so I could convert them, but still not working. The only program that can view them is VLC… idea are welcome?
This sounds like a local codec problem. All MOVs are encoded in accordance with the envato guidelines for uploading. You can try to convert them in vlc (or a free converter) to something that works on your system.

Hello!! First of all: amazing portfolio!! I’ve downloaded this logo reveal… I’ve encountered a problem with my AECS6. When I open the .aep file there is an error “This project must be converted from version 10.0 (macintosh 64)...” and then a lot of other errors show up about gradients. I know it’s probably a problem with my software configuration…any idea how to solve it? P.s. I’ve just updated my AE CS6 but the problem is still there
Hi! It´s a bit hard to say why you get these error messages without seeing them, but it sounds like there might be some internal errors in your software/plugin configuration. Due to the fact that this is an envato approved project, it´s proven to be free of errors with a standard installation of AE.

Where I buy this how can I install it?
It´s this month´s free item so you don´t need to buy it. There´s a “download it for free” button on top of the purchase section. You don´t need to install it either. This is an After Effects project template which needs to be processed inside the AE application.

After Effects error: file ‘flare1.mov’ cannot be imported – this ’.mov’ file damaged or unsupported. I get that error for all 4 files. What should I do?
Try downloading again. Or it might be a codec problem.

You´ll have to edit the background composition. Remove gradients and add a color instead.
