Hi! It looks, like animation with logo on spheres is corrupted
. I tried rendering it in AE, and Adobe Media Encoder – it always stops at the same frame. I even tried rendering it without any changes – still nothing. Please update the file – here is when it stops, https://prnt.sc/sc3cgp
How bizarre! Let me check this out today and I’ll get back to you.
hey, render was completed during the night, whole 3 hours for 720p which is weird, so maybe it’s my hardware issue or AE/ c4d lite version
ok! glad it worked eventually. that is a bit bizarre. I’ll update it anyway to a newer version.
Hi SecretStudio, Would it be possible to change the colors of balls individually? I am actually looking for a way to show mostly orange and some blue and white balls. And do I need a separate C4D license to edit version 1? Thanks in advance!
Hi! It’s definitely possible. You would just need to go into cinema lite and change the material on the balls. It’s a bit of manual work but can be done. Cinelite doesn’t have a multi-shader option which would have sped the process up.
You don’t need a separate c4d license to edit Version 1 either. Just open up the after effects file. click on the c4d project and edit file. It will open cinema 4d lite.
Thats cool! Thanks for your reply, I’ve purchased and edited it in C4D Lite which all went perfectly! But now I am trying to figure out how to get the alpha channel, or how to import the C4D file without a background. When I try any of the three alpha settings in Interpret Footage > Main nothing happens.
Should you have any tips on this it would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Envatokees,
Glad you’ve managed to edit it ok. I think maybe the background is inside of after effects as a hidden layer? Can’t quite remember as haven’t opened the file for ages. I should really update it.
Feel free to send your files over to me and I’ll have a quick look. See what’s happening.
Thanks for offering to take a look! Turns out there was a black matte layer on the bottom that was hidden. Turned it off and it became transparant.
ah great! glad you figured it out. I’ll do an update to this project sometime with multi coloured balls etc. Bit like the gumball animation
Nicely Done
