For adding sound; Just import your audio file and drag and drop to the scene. It automatically creates a new layer which will be your audio layer.

You should include the audio even if is more money, its a pain in the a$$ to do two transactions and pay again to download. Also you don’t explain how to add the sound, I am a FCP X not really into After Effects although if I see instructions I can follow. Just bought the sound, now, how do I add it??? Also there are 4 versions of the sound clip, which on are you using on the sample???
Hello, This is the site rule that we (videohive authors) can not include the other authors works to our projects. Only we can give where the buyers can find audio file if they want to use same one.
These products are AE template files so you need to know some basics. There is a tutorial we include for help if it is not enough for you, you could ask me how to? I always help.

Hi, First of all thanks for purchase.. After export as ‘mp4’ video file you can send via mail or you can send the video using other methods like wetransfer or ftp link. When you export as half sized (960×540 MPEG-4 video) its about 8-9 mb file size.

hello I bought your project today …. congratulations I have some questions that need your support 1. I find the effect of snow, I have After CS6 there any way to know how is placed. 2. The change of logo, text, picture is OK no problem adapting to my 3. In the footage folder that comes with the full suction is a drawing of a house. this drawing which is placed in the project ?? You can place this house without breaking the project Thank you for your help

This is a template file, you can edit and you can delete the logo layer or replace with an other logo, name, etc.
I meant, before going ahead and buying the template…if you have a version without the Envato logo that I can show the client?

Hi there. The video looks awesome. That’s why I purchased it. At the risk of sounding dumb, I don’t know where to start to edit it. I unpacked the files and tried to open them in PS6, but I can’t. Did I undertand wrongly that I can edit the video with my own text and images and then use it for my X-mas wishes? Thanks, Linda
Hi Linda, thanks for purchase. You need to open it in After Effects. 4 or higher.

Downloaded AE trial version and I’m at it right now. Is there anyway I can make the logo space larger? I’ve got a round logo and to fit in, I have to make it really small.
Never mind this post nor the email I sent for help. Completely new to After Effects, it took me the whole day, but I managed to pull it of. Except for the snow.

Hi, First of all Thanks for purchased.. I can say that this was for cs4 and cs5.. Adobe changed the snow effects name on cs6. I made this one in cs4 If you will edit this template on cs6 you need to remove CC snow effect and add new snow effect which is called CC Snow Fall in cs6. I think it will be ok. Yes, you can delete tree layers or other objects.
I’ve purchased and when I load the file it indicates the effect CC Snow is missing. How do I get this effect from you?
Also, I’ve loaded the font in the adobe font file but it doesn’t seem to recognize it – any suggestions?
