Awesome project!
There’s only one problem: The logo doesn’t look sharp. It’s not the logo itself because it’s pretty big. In photoshop does it look really sharp en when i put it in Ae (png) it isn’t sharp anymore.
Am i doing something wrong?

Hard to say. But you can trace it in illustrator or AE and use it as a shape object instead.

I’ve downloaded this great work as freebie – but everytime when I try to open the AE-Files, I get error-messages like shown on the screenshot (“attribute or method color in class effect is missing or doesn’t exist”) ... how can I solve this? Thanks in advance! 
Hmm.. Never seen that before. Looks like there´s some trouble with the fill effect. Try unzipping the file again and/or update AE.

I’ve seen the helpfile, yes, but I don’t know how to use it. I suppose I have to edit “Slice_Wave_Logo_Reveal_720.aep” or “Slice_Wave_Logo_Reveal_1080.aep” files, but which program should I use to edit it?

This requires after effects and good knowledge of it. I suggest you download a free demo vesion and try some tutorials first.
Yes, I have After Effects, but I don’t get one video. I get a video for each composition.
I don´t quite understand what you mean.
The .aep file has five compositions. When I process it to create my video file, instead of creating one video file, 5 video files are created, one for each composition.
You have to pick the one you want (version/resolution), either from the project window or in adobe media encoder before rendering
