i get the mensaje The video player is in the connection error state. It enters this state when a video stream attempted to load but was unsuccessful. There are two possible reasons for the error: no connection to the server or the stream was not found.

I bought this for a project as it states from cs4 through to 6. I am using CS6 and it will not open. It says; the file you are trying to open was created with after effects version 12 (windows 64) and cannot be opened and tells me to go to adobe for an upgrade.

the latest update for CS5 is currently v11.4.2 this was updated last night.
