I just bought and it does not work with After Effects CC edition. Sliders classes do not work. The Holders appear and disappear without slipping. If I want to use it, I have to rebuild everything myself. It will not make me gain time. I’ll have to buy something else. Can I get a refund?
this template was created in CC version and checked my envato inspector for efficiency, so it cann`t have any bugs like you`ve decribed.

Bought it to save some time. Not very useful since does not save much of it. The user still needs to do pretty much of the work, so it’s better to find a more useful, finished template or bite the bullet and do some work from scratch. Anyway the “tutorials” are so fast and assuming so much AE knowledge that anyone able to follow them can also build a much more polished, customized work in less time.

This is a “builder” template, so of course if you need final presentation in one click this is not your one. This is for persons who have time to tweak and compose their own unique presentation from the existing clean layouts.

I have bought the AE template from your company. but i can’t open up the file. so, I need to get the CS5 version file in order to use. Please kindly do the needful.

the description shows minimum requirement version is 5.5, u`d try to find demo or trial and resave if licence allows it.
cs5.5 is the lowerest version i can provide with my software.
