Dear JCproMG. Sorry to hear that you have some troubles. First of all You don’t need Adobe CC, It can work with Adobe CS 5.5 or higher versions. And this file is included in the project zip file. For opening issiues you can select any font that you wish. You can find more information in the ” info.txt ” file also it is in the project zip file. I think your problem is you didn’t relink Element 3D with obj file. You can also find solutions regarding this relink issue in the link below which is also given in the ” info.txt ” file http://www.videocopilot.net/help/element/help_files_v2/sharing_and_transferring_projects/relinking_missing_files

Hello and thank you for responding. Yes. I understand, but our Relink Files List (Models and Textures) shows 0 need to be relinked. Yet, the composition does not show. What to do?

The “001_intro” comp is not showing the words “groom” “bride” and “wedding” within the first 12 secs of the video when “000_FINAL_1920×1080_comp” is selected. What to do? Pressed for time on this one issue. Any help is appreciated.

Notice, we had to turn OFF layer “001_intro”. We then copied layer “003_final” because it did show the composite of the ring and text we needed for the intro. We then adjusted location in which the copied frame/layer would appear, and it worked fine. This took hours to understand. In short, the file was not as the seller showed in his screenshot, nor the tutorial files initially provided after purchase. We got it to work, but only because of the improvisation WE came up with. As a paying customer we should have been spared the headache of figuring out the issue in the first place. *Notice the settings are very different on layers “001_intro” and “003_final”. They are even different from the sellers screenshots.

hi, it is normal that the layers and compositions are different, which is a unique design. it may require advanced level after effects and elementd 3d information for some optional changes. when you want to make changes in the design, you can get in contact with me faster and get the best quality results.

No, it’s not “normal” to advertise and show layers in screenshots included with the purchase, and have one of the layers highlighted NOT WORK. That is not “normal”. Furthermore, it didn’t require any in-depth knowledge of AE or Element 3D to accomplish the results as advertised. The problem wasn’t even with Element 3D or Adobe After Effects. It was with your layer “001_intro”. Which we pointed out in the previous post.

Look, the bottom line is this – we could have easily gotten a refund for this product (and probably should have since you’re unwilling to admit the problem was with your file), but we WORKED AROUND your issue. The same screenshots we provided you were given to Envato. So don’t patronize us with the line of it being a “unique design”. How about you fix the issue in your file so this is not regurgitated in the future. Wow! I know not to purchase another thing from reflexanimation. Period. I’m done with the back and forth. It’s proved to be non-productive.
