But I wish you answer me, or returned the money. I find it unacceptable to wait from you for two months. Hi tenzhen. As seems to be the case with a lot of others, I’m getting the missing plug in dialog, plus I’m unsure how to render this project.

Perhaps you need to write an instruction set or help file for your project. The included photo’s are a bit basic. We are not all experts in AE or else we probably wouldn’t need to buy projects through video hive and support you.

Any help you can offer would be gladly received.

When I open the template in AE CC 2014 there is a pop up saying:

1. After Effects error: file ‘SHAN SHUO.mov’ cannot be imported – this ’.mov’ file is damaged or unsupported.
