I’m having a lot of difficulty getting my head around how to work your template. I have a pretty good understanding of AE, but this is mind-boggling. I’ve emailed for assistance…hopefully you’re able to assist because I’m sure it’s a quick fix for someone with the appropriate knowledge.

Hi, I sent a message yesterday about the fact it is really grainy when shared to social media…. the export aspect ratio appears to distort when placed on facebook…. do you know anything about how I can get around this so it is legible when shared on facebook?? It’s a bit rough sharing it on social but it can’t be read because its too grainy – even with the correct FB video settings.. help!

thank you for purchasing our file. Here is suggestion:
Every time when you want to export video for social networks, don’t use online instructions for exporting, just render your video in h264 format because Facebook, YouTube and other similar pages already have their own convertor which convert your video in lover format for smartphones, tablets, etc…
We didn’t have problem with that so far. Try render it in h264 (Target Bitrate 200 – Maximum Bitrate 200) that’s our recommendation. Hope everything will be ok.

AMAZING! just curious, only thing is pls how can I remove the green backgrounds (here in laptop as it comes in http://youtu.be/59_5VF_tcEA ) and the sliding glow that goes over at end (you can see on my S logo, the bottom should be smooth grey, need to not have over logo but can’t figure out) and how to add blk background in beginning behind the ‘loader’ THNKS Crew55D!! Hi, first thing first. You can change screen color from green to golden, like in image: http://s1.postimg.org/cfz7tuz5r/image.jpg After that you can add CC Repetile in comp SCREENSHOTS on the layers TABLET and NOTEBOOK and repet it to fill comp height like in image 02: http://s1.postimg.org/97uqgtcvz/image.jpg For the bg just import image in the FINAL comp timeline over the BG layer like in image 03. And if you have inserted image in PROJECT MASTER, turn it off: http://s11.postimg.org/uw0gp6rxv/image.jpg
