Hello, amazing project but i cannot get it working with CS5.5 – i seem to have issues replacing the images… can i ask why you didn’t use placeholders/compositions as these are much easier to edit + create “movement” in the image as needed?

1./ I think CS 5.5 can open the CS 5.0 project.Is it?
2./ Replace images > you just simply replace the original images with the same file name and resolution, and it should be fine, you don’t have to edit any composite or layer, except you would like to add extra effect.

Hello, still having problems with this – when i replace the images as detailed in the user manual and try to play the project, all the images are displayed in one scene rapidly and subsequent scenes are empty. I’m using CS5.5.
I’ve had this before with after effects and the only way to fix was to use dedicated place holders in the project – can you not change the way pictures are loaded in, e.g. instead of pointing to a fixed directory containing images allow the user to dump the image they want into a placeholder?
This project looks brilliant but i’ve not been able to use it at all

Hi unfortunately I cannot open/use this project. I have never had problems opening any projects but here I get an error message saying it was created with AE Version 11 (Windows 64) and cannot be opened. Why? Never had this problem before and could not find anywhere in the description mentioning that you need any special setup to work with this file. Thanks for your help.
The package come with a lower version project file.Did you try to open the CS5 file?And what version of aftereffect are you using?
There are no special set up needed, let me know more details, i will solve your issue.
using AE CS5 for mac. tried all project files in the folder. Error says the file was created with AE version 11.00 (windows 64) and cannot be opened with this version. But like I said I have CS5 and have never had any problems opening any files until now

While the project is impressive – the background text is inappropriate for a wedding – on two of the pages the word ‘prostitute’ appears close to a place holder … in my case .. one of them a picture of the bride.
I am extremely disappointed over this and now have to try and blur over it in both instances. I would not have bought this project had I spotted this.
Edit: I was able to go into the layer and remove the offending text. Still very disappointed over this issue though from what visually is a great project
sorry for the mistake and experience…I didn’t spot it out when i create the project, text is just randomnly selected from internet as background decoration and it can be totally edited as you noticed.

yes, just simply replace the images will work.One more tip for you,some people will replace the images while opening AE.For some cases, the AE ll cache the old image, you have to right click the footage and select `reload` OR simply restart AE will work.

What’s the ideal resolution for the files?
and is the size 2400×1350 or 1920×1080?

Thanks for your question.
The video is formatted in 1920×1080px.
The images required for the image placeholder are 2400×1350px.
Since there are some transition have little zoom effect and there are some small vibrating camera movement, so the image placeholder image is larger than video format.
You just simply replace the images in the Assets > Placeholder (Outside AE).And the image will be replaced.
A details screen shot with description is in the guide attached.
