I have just purchased this but do not get any sound. Can you help please?

I wish I could’ve gotten to this sooner but now I am barely getting back into it and had to make a whole new account to do so; I purchased the template about a year ago and I completely forgot my login info but I was interested in the audio file/sound that was used in this video. Hi, i’ve just bought this item because it’s awesome! Great work!

But i’ve this issue, i’m trying to open in it AE CS5 , so it says that’s going to be converted from version 9.0 (and that’s ok), then particular says it’s going to be opened from an earlier version (ok too).

After these 2 warning it says on some layers that are missing some properties or method like in Composition ‘FINAL 1920×1080’, level 5 (adjustment layer 4) property: blur (it’s sfocatura in italian i think that the translation is correct) it’s missing the slider method and also in other properties of that level.

Then it’s missing the effect ‘Lens Flare’ in level ‘particle’ in ‘position xy’ property.

Is it given by some plugins?

How do i get sound files for firestring

I bought this item I didn’t realize that it only worked with windows. I am on a Mac do you have a version for that?

I purchased this file lastnight and originally had some problems with it. I was receiving several error messages when opening the project, but have managed to fix them and thought I’d leave a comment for any people just in case they have the same issues.

For the pre-rendered version, if you cannot see the actual particles.mov file working, it’s because you don’t have Apple QuickTime installed. Download and install this, then reopen the project in After Effects and it should now work.

If you have error messages regarding plugins missing (CC … plugin), this is to do with Cycore FX not being installed. If this is the case, you need to download/purchase Cycore FX (it should come with AE however so contact Adobe instead of purchasing).

Hope this helps – it’s a wonderful file and really great quality. The video tutorial from the author is helpful too and it took me just 5 minutes to edit to my liking, and just short of 40 mins to render on a quad core 3.2GHz processor w/6GB RAM – but I was doing other things at the same time!

I have a problem.

I have Adobe After Effects CS3 , and I purchased this, and it’s not working.

I keep getting an error message saying it own’t open on this version.

Is there any way of converting the file to wok on CS3 ?

Like maybe someone taking all the files and putting them on CS3 and saving?

Please someone, this is really important.

I bought it but it doesn’t seem to work fine with AE CS5 … only the logo + animation render, not the full projet.

Anyone can confirm ?

I have an issue with rendering,

Followed all instructions and made the changes very easily but when i add the final composition to the render queue on default loss-less avi, it renders and after 4 frames fails.

Tried different output settings but to no avail?

I have rendered footage before on AE without any issue so i can see it as a PC performance issue?

Any Ideas?
