Hi there, you need adobe after effects cs5 or newer to get started. The tutorial will guide you through the general layout of the project file. However, some basic understanding of after effects is necessary before using this template. General overviews on using after effects can be found on the web. YouTube is a good place to start. Hi there, not sure what you mean by combining with another template, but if you wish to combine within after effects that may be complex for unskilled after effects user. If you wish to use as a slide show, it’s fairly easy to create. Tutorial included. Cheers, Mark

I would like to purchase your template. I have both Portrait and Landscape photos that I will be using. Can i swap out a landscape placeholder for a portrait placeholder if the photo I want to use at that time in the slideshow happens to be a portrait. Example. in the demo slideshow, your first photo is portray. If my photo i want to use first is a landscape can i change that? Thanks

Hi Mark — is this easy to loop? Also, is it easy to pause on a frame to implement video instead of a photo? For example, I have a couple 2 minute-long videos I want to show amongst my photos.

The easiest way to loop is to export sequence several times and then piece together extended sequence in editing program such as iMovie or movie maker. However, pausing on a frame for extended videos is possible but would look strange, so would advise against it. Cheers, Mark
