Hi!! I bought the Extended License. I have After Effects CS 5 and 6 but in German. The project does not work with the German version. It collapses. It seems to be due to the internal effects. Have an idea how to fix this?

Sorry for only rising 1 star but I have the same problem like toolerslp. I am using a full english version of AE CS6.
Since the file crashes AE every time, I cannot use. So just money blown out of the window.

Finally I could import the file into a clear new file. Maybe you could do the same and exchange it with the ugly one in the download file. It is to late for my project, but the problem is solved for me. Thanks for trying to help.

Can I get a version for CS6
Hi! Cs6 version included
The only flash file i got afterexstracting the zip file from Videohive was “31_hud_elements_cs5” when I try and open it I get the following messages: ‘this project must be converted from version 10.0.1 (Windows 64) and will open as an untitled project. the original file will be unchanged”
then. I click OK.
I get an error: ‘crash occurred while invoking effect plug-in “radio waves”
i click OK.i get the error: ‘crash occurred while invoking effect plug-in “CC Sphere”
i click ok.
I get: “Crash in progress. last logged messages was: <10260> <ae.blitpipe)(2> making new context”
I click ok.
i get: After Effect can’t continue: sorry, After Effects has crashed. For help and support, go to… (0::42).
I click ok and After Effects shuts down
not sure if this helps.

Nice element. I did encounter a problem with the “EARTH” causing a crash of AE6, Plug-in RadioWaves and Plug-in CC Sphere were causing the crash. I have an Alienware Laptop with 2 Nvidia 580M video cards, 16G of Ram, Duel 500G hybrid HD and a i7 2960XM CPU clocked at 3GHZ. Running Windows 7 64bit. I finally resolved the crash problem by setting the comp from Classic 3D to Raytrace 3D. I think Open GL migh be the problem Anyway nice program.
Hi, thanks for the comment. May be a problem due to the mobile version of the video card m580, type in the file raytracer_supported_cards.txt, located in a directory (After Effects CS6 \ Support Files) your video card name. Maybe this will solve the problem. Thank you for your purchase!
