I’ve just purchased it and it has a black background!! I thought that the background is translucent so it can be on top of the video clip and create a “magic feel” .. can I please get a refund?
Hi there and thanks for purchasing. In fact it is clearly written in the item details: Alpha Channel – No, Video Encoding – Photo JPEG (never transparent). And also you have downloaded the clip. So you can’t get the refund from VideoHive, as I know. But you can easily get nice transparency effects for the black background using some Blend modes like Add or Screen.
