hello, my file came corrupted. He says that the property or method named ‘Checkbox’ in class ‘Effect’ is missing or does not exist. The entire file is black and white. The ‘separate XYZ Position’ effect is absent or does not exist. The other errors were. What happened?

Hi chrisdantas! Thanks for your purchase. What is your after effects language in? This is a software language issue. You have to change your After Effects language to English first and reopen it. Here are some details on changing the language. http://forums.adobe.com/message/2891739 You can place an empty “ae_force_english.txt” file in your “My Documents” folder. Hello, before i purchase I have a question. Is there any way I can slow down the falling imagery? I understand I would have to change the song. Thank you.
Hi there! It is possible to slow down the falling imagery. If you want to slow down all the falling images, you will need to make a some tweaks to the animation to do so. It might take some time to customise this. But if you are confident in After Effects, then this should be ok.

Hi daveyak! You will need the software ‘After Effects’ from Adobe installed on your computer first before running any of the templates here on videohive. If you have some basic knowledge on after effects, that would be good, But it is not necessary. I do provide a tutorial on what you will need to do to add your photos and music. The template is set up to create the presentation. If you have further questions, send me message on my profile page and I can help you out there. Cheers

No sorry. You will need Adobe After Effects.
Does it allow to add videos too? Or just photos?
You could use video instead of photos or a bit of both. But keep in mind the rendering time might take a little longer.
The maximum no of photos that can be added in 100? Can I increase?

Hi..how to I add wording/description to each photos that are uploaded?
Currently the template is not setup to add text. Might include this feature in the next update. However you can manually add the text in. When you drag in each photo to the timeline, you can select the text tool in the tool bar above and type out what you want on top of the image. Hope the helps.
How do I download v2? I have uploaded the music but have not completed my presentation. Will the length of the music end the same time the presentation end? How do I control the speed of the presentation
