I purchased this template, but I am getting an error when I import the animation files. It says the .mov file is damaged or unsupported. I need to urgently use the template. Appreciate if you could help.

to test if you already have quictime installed properly, try import some quicktime/.mov file you have into you AE
I just re-downloded this file, open in AE CS6 and tested it and i don’t find any problem at all

Great, thanks! Another quick question, how do you edit the place holders to fit the text. Currently these are too small to add more text, or even fit the text that is in the sample video, thanks again…
Go to “EDIT HERE” folder, select which element you want to edit, right click -> choose composition settings, change value of the width and height as you desire. To edit the position of the text, goto “Precomp” folder, open “Main Scene” composition, select the layer you want to edit, drag it using mouse or arrow in the keyboard

in the “FINAL” compositon, select “OPTION CONTROL” layer, goto effect controls, check one from three BG option, make sure only check one BG option and uncheck unneeded BG, thanks
Yes, did that but in your sample video, it switches between all BGs across scenes, how can I do that? thanks
Oh that was only for preview so buyers know that there are 3 BG option to choose, but the switching animation not included in the project, you can do that by rendering 3 videos with each different background, put it all in one composition and animate manually using masking
