Just bought your Social media lower third. Whenever i want to open with my Adobe After affect CC 2015 it gives this error “this project must be converted from version 10.0 windows (Macintosh 64) the original file will be unchanged” and if you You will see some files missing. Help how to solve?

Hello. I just bought your Social Media L3 Pack and it’s incredible. One question, I’m having issues with the “your logo” glass cube. I have not tweaked any of the cube layers except for the logo but when I export it in any compression or codec, the cube looks pasty and definitely not as clear as the other versions. Hello Dear, I bought social media lower third pack today and my video is only 10 second. i did everything, but now i have two problems.

- first i dont want use another program and just i want to import my video which will be shown the Lower Third in bottom of it, into the AE program directly and from there, push it to background layer. everything goes alright, but my video gets a filter and the color of video will be filtered, second, the logo will be into a black box, and it will be shown front of my video.. i have sent you an email with a photo attached… by the way, it is the sae problem even with envato logo, and my pic is alright and i used it for other AE projects.

How can I make this project I have bought it yet!!??

How can I make my logo be on all sides of the cube, it seems to be just in the middle. The problem is, it’s not a logo, but a square with text on it. When the cube spins the text is obviously reversed. Please get back to me with some advice as soon as you can. I am on a deadline and would really appreciate it.
