Good morning, I need to know if the video can be shortened to 2 minutes long so easy ?
Thanks
The video is great!!!:)
Definitely. There are few ways to do it, depending on your exact needs and preferences. The simplest would be to slide the curtain closing earlier in the timeline, seeing only the first picture in the last scene with the balloons and rainbow. You’d have three less picture placeholders that way. You could also time remap the entire thing to speed it up. You could also remove an entire scene, but most scenes are around 20 seconds, so that would put it under 2 minutes. I’m happy to provide more specific help should you purchase, just message me via my profile page: http://videohive.net/user/mmindy
Hi! I purchased it but it’s empty. I see I have an older version (10.0.0 mac) of AE so it won’t open. Can you help me with that?
Please send me a private message via my profile page: http://videohive.net/user/MMIndy
can you tell me if the elements can be used as alpha channels? in other words, can the stars or the stork be separated out as its own element and exported so i can use it over my own video?
Definitely! With the exception of a few JPEGs used just for textures, EVERYTHING is created and editable inside AE. You can use the element pre-comps directly and incorporate them however you like. You will find them all in the “Pre-comps” folder in the project panel. I’ve tried to label them well (such as “Stork” and “Stack Rings” and “Rubber Ducky”). If you have trouble finding any or modifying it, I’m happy to advise. I had fun making this project, and I hope others have some fun making it their own!
great. thanks so much for the quick reply,
Hi mate! Can you let me know please if the images of the preview are included? And mainly, I need to be sure that I’ll have your support to change all text and photos needed because I’m buying to a client and I don’t know nothing about AE. I need this info before I buy. Thanks in advance.
The preview images are not included, but links for where you can find them for purchase on Photodune are on the description page of this AE template. Graphic elements and animations are included. I can answer questions you might have. It would be best to send me email messages through my profile page here on videohive. I am in the US on Eastern time, and would normally be able to respond quickly on weekdays here. This template was made in CS5.5 in English, so make sure you have that. If you only want to add your pictures to the placeholders and change the text, it’s pretty straightforward. And I’m happy to help.
Hi there, great job. Is there any way to put video in the image placeholders? Thanks in advance.
Glad you like it! Yes, you can put video in the image placeholders, BUT in my original project file it will not be obvious what portion of the edit comp will show in the final comp. So, I am in the process of updating the project file and the help file to make it more straightforward to put video in the placeholders. (I’ve actually uploaded the update twice in the past couple of weeks, but so far it’s not replacing the original file as the download.)
The update (making it easier to use video in the placeholders) is now live!
Hi. Just bought this template. Everything is great! Except the rendering time. It looks so simple, but even with my i7-3930 (6 cores, 12 threads) system with 32GB RAM, it took me an hour to render. I tried to disable all motion blur, it was still 50 minutes. (CPU 100% and RAM over 80% already) Does there any effect that take a lot of resource to render? I may want to disable it. Thanks.
The expressions for the colors slow it down, a sacrifice I made to make it easy to switch from boy to girl or customize the color palette. If you turn off the expressions on the color control layer for a lot of the pre-comps that should help. But if you’re only going to use it for one license, it would probably take you longer to turn off the expressions than to wait for the render one time.
If you are wanting to render to preview interim changes you make, I would consider pre-rendering the curtains and scenes you are happy with. Also, I did a lot of RAM previewing at 1/4 resolution to check timing with the music.
Hope that helps!
Is there any way to put video in the image placeholders?
You can certainly put video in the image placeholders, but I do not currently have the edit comps set to indicate their window of visibility in the final comp. I’m pretty sure you won’t see at least the first second or two or video in the placeholders. It might take some trial and error on your part. I will have to update the project to make that a simpler option. I will try to get to that this week.

Very nice.I wish the colors were a bit lighter as a photographer..
Thanks for the feedback.
I can not change the color of the video. And I need to use it now = ( The pdf of the tutorial can not understand, why not the color palette appears.
The comp titled “1 Master Color Control” is where you change the color palette. For your convenience, it is at the top of the edit comps in abc order (that’s why I put a 1 in the title). It should also be open in the timeline panel when you first open the project.
There is a marker with a note on the Color Control Layer where you switch between boy and girl. It is a checkbox expression control titled “Switch to Girl Color Palette?” Right below that is the checkbox control. Click and drag slightly to the right to change from off to on. You should then see the girl palette appear in the comp window.
In the help file in step 1, there is an image at top of page 2 with a red arrow showing you where to click to switch from boy to girl palette.
with this last tip I got .. thanks! It turns out that the tutorial images are in very low resolution, so we can not see right where the button was off and on. But congratulations for the project, this gorgeous.
thanks for responding so fast.
So glad you got it! And thank you for the feedback. I will consider updating with a fuller description or a video help file since the images are lacking in resolution.
An update with a more descriptive help file and some changes to make it easy to use video in the edit comps is now live.
Great Work!!!
Thank you!
Loocs great! I wish you many sales
Thank you! Me, too.
