I’m using After Effects CC in ITALY. Got many errors on startup. The background is always red.

Can’t open the files on my Ae CS6. A great amount of errors. Don’t know if also, the language will be an issue – will be translated into French. Let me know please, what will be the next step.. and I am not an expert …so need to have clear and simple explanations

I have the english version of AE and fine with it – I am fully bilingual. Still, can’t open your files, a neverending list of errors are appearing and can’t get around this. I was just asking if translating your platform may be an issue. I don’t think problems should occur because of language, and it is not the actual reason why I can’t open the files. Wait for your help – thanks!
files are prepared for the English version CS5 or higher, if you open the AE language version other than English will be errors but let’s do it, so will send you a second file and overwrite it. Give of your email and will send the file. or write to my parkusdesign@gmail.com

Nice work, is it fully adjustable? E.g. I would like to use the sequence at 0:14, with the phone and folding screen, but longer. Are you using a AE-Camera/3D-Space for this, or is everything except the pictures prerendered? Thanks for a short answer.
