This file is apparently saved in the motion jpeg format, which no longer supported by quicktime or adobe premiere. Can you send me a different file format?

Hello I purchased this file. After unzipping the file, the .mov file won’t open in any program. I’ve tried quicktime, adobe premier, and a standard video player on my PC computer.
