Do you mean Right To Left? No, it’s not supported. But what you can do, is mirror your logo and text (make scale [-100, 100]), and then mirror the main composition. So your text and logo will be fine, because they will be mirrored twice. And the light line will go from right to left.

Any way… You can simply change the colors. Select “CONTROLS” layer in “_FINAL” comp. Go to Effect Controls panel. And there you can find several controls, including color controls. Change them to yellow. And you will have yellow color.

You can remove the line. But you can’t change background color to white. The whole animation structure holds on dark BG.
