I bought this today and it will not render from AE – I keep getting an error code 10
Hi I was wondering if there was a way to figure out what the full layout of the panels are… I am designing a motion comic book so I need to know what panel comes first, where it is in relation to the others, etc.
Hi, the various elements are appointed by Release ordrees, I mean for example, in the part 1, you can find the page 1 ( page 2 is just here for the backound…), which is precomposed panels 1, 2 and 3 in which to find the corresponding placeholders : panel 1 = 1 placeholder, placeholder panel 2 = 2 etc ….) So in order here is what happens : – Part 1 = Page 1 = Panel 1 + Panel 2 + Panel 3 = Placeholder 1 + Placeholder 2 + Placeholder 3 – Part 2 = Page 2 = Panel 4 + Panel 5 + Panel 6 = Placeholder 4 + Placeholder 5 + Placeholder 6 – Part 3 = Page 3 = Panel 7 + Panel 8 = Placeholder 7 + Placeholder 8 – Part 4 = Page 4 = Panel 9 + Panel 10 + Panel 11 = Placeholder 9 + Placeholder 10 + Placeholder 11 – Part 5 = Page 5 = Panel 12 = Placeholder 12 – Part 6 = Page 6 = Panel 13 + Panel 14 + Panel 15 + Panel 16 = Placeholder 13 + Placeholder 14 + Placeholder 15 + Placeholder 16 – Part 7 = Page 7 = Panel 17 = Placeholder 17 – Part 8 = Page 8 = Panel 18 + Panel 19 + Panel 20 = Placeholder 18 + Placeholder 19 + Placeholder 20 – Part 9 = Page 9 = Panel 21 = Placeholder 21 Voila, I hope to have answered your question, is that it is comprehensible to you ! I want to use for a graphic novel not a comic book can I easily swap the images to be just one image of a character not a comic strip? Also I want to add audio files and play with the timing… it this easy to do?

Hello, great project! I had a problem with slow rendering on a mac book pro 15 retina. It was taking more than 30 hours to render. I’m using some full hd video files. Final rendering to HD (1280×720), 29,97 fps. Using AE CS6. This was a rush project. Please let me know if this is normal, or what kind of configuration change to speed up rendering? Thanks a lot. i understand it’s a bit long ! this project need some power, and i think this is a little short on a laptop…
but you can try this :
- in the preferences of after effect, part: edit / preferences / memory & multiprocessing
put the “RAM available for” “Ae” to the max
then when you render
- connect your notebook to the electrical outlet
- Press the caps lock on your key board, it will render a bit faster

Howlong are yours videos to insert ? I build this project for pictures and also short clips, but you can “easilly” customize it and adjust the duration, but there are some key frames to move ! Tell me what you want to do i’ll try to give you the best way to do it.
