Hi, this file cannot import my AE CC´Error files is damaged´ can you please cancel my transaction and refund
Please download “K-lite codec pack.” Your problem is video codec.
I have downloaded the codec pack It still is showing the same error ,, the source compression type is not supported’’ end ,,file Baby boy …..mov cannot be imported , this mov file is damaged or unsupported ..
I controlled the project but there is no error. Im insisted on codec error. Or you can download the project file and try again. Sorry for the problem but, this is not about the project.
I have done it all again and the same problem again. It looks as though animation and templates cannot be installed … So what are we going to do with it?
Do you have quicktime installed on your computer?

they do not work in adobe premiere cc either
i think something wrong… i download the project from my portfolio and checked lots of time. it seems no problem.
Unfortunately it seems newer products adobe do not support mjp2 codec and it said on your site that it does for all products. So what is your solution as I do not have neither product not money at the moment.
If you have time, i can update the mov files with h264 in a few days..

You promised to update the project to be more inclusive of skin tones and genders. It’s illegal in the UK to discriminate on the basis of race, gender or sexuality. Because you promised to update the project I purchased it. 5 months on and still no update. Why have you failed to deliver on your promises or to make this template project inclusive?
First, You purchased the project and gave me an advice about the project. And i said “yes” it is true… But i didnt give any promise. I have no time to update the project… Sorry…
