I’m looking to add diffuse texture. Does your product allow me to add a texture design to the full phone case? Some templates I’ve used only allow texture to the center of the phone case.
If you have knowledge in Element 3D you can add textures and replace existing.
thank you for your response. I am familiar with using element 3d. But it only has option for Offset & Repeat. There isn’t a position or scale option. I am scared, if I change/add a new texture design, it will not fill or apply to the WHOLE phone case. I purchased someone elses product and had this problem. So I wanted to ask for assistance on your product.
i have not purchased it yet. Do you offer refunds If I am not able to change texture/design to the whole phone case?
I can’t guarantee for custom textures. All refunds are processed by the Envato, not the authors. You can always scale model or set UV to try to fit texture

Hi Eason, there is no alternative, all models are 3D and Element is something that you must have.
I installed Element 3D, but there is no pop-up window “Missing Files”. I can’t see the phone, how do I link it? By the way, I am using macbook. Thanks

I bought this template, but when I open the file (and go through the instructions you’ve provided) the “pop up window” you mention in step 1 for missing files does not appear. Any reason as to why? Can I still relink the files without that “pop up window”?

Hi, yes you can re-link files by clicking on Element3D layer, then go to File > Relink Scene Files and select folder with Cinema 4d object.
Awesome template. Is there any easy way to have five different screens for the PHONE_3D_02 comp rather than 5 identical screens swirling around? Thanks!
Just duplicate that composition, set new position for the phones and change screens on every copy

Hi, you need to duplicate element 3D layer and set particle replicator to 1, then adjust new x-y-z position for copies and add new custom screens for each copy.

I bought this template and use it in AE CC. However after opening the file it alerts me that links are missing but it is not offering the first step in your tutorial.txt (clicks yes, select folder). The main composition only shows the text but not phone animation is visible in AE. Any idea?

Hi Andreas, do you have Element 3D plugin? If you have it you need to relink scene files in Element 3D.
Unfortunately not.
You need Element 3D, that’s the only way to customize the template.

Yes, but think different, you are investing in something that is must have, because plugin will need you all the time if you want to customize ELEMENT 3D templates. It’s the future of After Effects Templates
