2/ In fact I have no control on the VideoHive download system, so you need to contact the Envato support ( http://support.envato.com/ ), but before that I just suggest you to try to re-download the template again and check if it is fully downloaded…

Hi, what soft ware do i need to down load, I have little blond moments when it comes to computers. I tried Windows real player, we want to create a video with music from one of our tracks with some picks of the band and singer for Youtube play, can you help.
