You have to open this file in English version of after effects because this error is caused exactly by language mismatch .

Or you may try to use this script : http://aescripts.com/expressionuniversalizer/

Unfortunately it’s not a free plugin, but i see that you can try a trial version so maybe it would help at least this time .
