plugin version included? Or is everything used built in?

Hi, so firstly awesome intro. I bought it today but im having trouble with using after effects as im new to it. I have put in the text and background colours but im unsure on how to export it. I know it sounds stupid but i dont know what to do. The particles, logo and text compositions are all seperate and so i dont know how to export it or render them all as one? please help

that is cool but you mentioned that ( no plugins required ) ? i think that is Trapcode Particular , am i right ? , what about if i wanted to change the movement or the path or add some extra particles to that ? is that possible ? ... thank you
