Hello mac429, you need to relink texture to the text by accessing 3D Element interface. Everything is in the asset folder of your project.

When you open the text element 3D. The element parameter, missing textures shows up in red text. Link texture according to the name of the textures exactly as it is, unless if you want to customise the texture.

You have to relink the texture by going into the 3D text parameters of E3D
The Stones aren’t showing up in the version with Element 3D. I have the latest Element 3D v2
Open the elements layers for stones and check if the materials are all links. Also make sure it is not activated or deactivated by mistake. Sometimes when previewing, some layers are not visible when not in full resolution.
Hello. I have Element 3D v 1.6 installed, and the rocks / text loads…but the textures appear to be super high contrast. I do not get any “missing texture” messages. Have you seen this before?

Are you use element 3d v1 (1.6) or v2 (2.2) if 2 – try to use element 3d v1 (1.6) just ask videocopilot support to add element 3d v1.6 to your account for free !

No dude! Your work is cool! All I did was add sound effects and swap some photos and text and all my friends were amazed. (would have been better if I actually had something commercial to do with it)
For all of those wondering… I used Premiere and AE CS6 on an i7 2ghz laptop with 8 gb of ram. Purchased the laptop in 2011 and it handled this project like a champ. Sure sometimes AE would wig out, but nothing crash inducing. Just sit there and let AE do it’s thing. The whole project rendered in 4.5 hours (Element 3d Version) with everything turned on.
Once you work around the wonkiness of Element 3D and troubleshoot around some weirdness (using capital letters, weird additional lines on text if you change anchor points, etc.), the project just sings. All troubleshooting took less than three hours total. Couldn’t be happier with this. I can’t wait to get another Blockbuster Trailer when the time is right!
Hi, I bought your template, but it only makes problems in CS6. Texts are thrown out of the picture when i changed them, the stone background on the 3D font is not displayed, CS6 always says missing levels by starting the template and after the half of rendering time i get an error message.
Plenty of time lost for nothing.
Finally i needed the project today, ready.
Since this is not the case, I would like to have my money back!
1st – project works correctly! ( If you have error messages about LEVELS effect – YOU dont have this STANDART effect, maybe you need to reinstall AE ) 2nd – you need ful version of AE to use it! 3rd – you need last version of Element 3D from videocopilot.net to use it! 4th – If you have any error messages about missing textures – just relink all missing textures to files in texture folder! If you have any missing assets – relink them to files in assets folder in main project folder!
Hi, for some odd reason you’ve added some voice that every so often says “Religion” it really stands out and it’s in multiple areas. this wasn’t so noticeable and went un-noticed when i bought the template.

I bought this as it was supposed to be high quality professional work. the effects are all perfect. But with this random voice every X amount of time it’s going to make it unusable for me.
I can’t find the audio options in AE, can you send me the audio rendered into a single audio file without the weird “Religion” coming up. otherwise I can’t use it and i’ll have to contact paypal for a refund.

...theres a problem with this slider…almost at every Layer….use AEF CC …MAC
Did you use English version of AE? If not – You may see Expressions Error messages but no problem! Project works correctly and RENDER correctly!
Is it possible to mute or remove the fire from the file?
Yes! just DEACTIVATE Fire Layers in main compositions, or you can delete all Fire footages from project (asset) window in ae ! and no more fire in project!)
I have some real problem with the rendering of the 3D Elements. In the Preview and also with low quality, all tiles are available. If I do a full highres-rendering there will be some tiles (text) that is missing. Do not really know what to do
