How do I change the background color though? Cant figure out how to get it off of black.
This project is designed for dark background.(Bright background is also possible but I don’t recommend) You can make the background layer under the logo layer.(ctrl + y: make a solid color layer)

i noticed the background isn’t transparent. how do i make it alpha transparent? i need to merge with other composition urgently. looking forward fro your reply. thankss.
Can’t make an alpha transparent, because the layer blending mode. Why don’t you put on your comp under logo layer?

new here and i signed up just to buy this. i have no AE experience but over a decade with PS so i know Adobes basic navigation. I assumed the help file would walk you through step by step and it doesn’t. Off to youtube i go to fill in the gaps lol.
Not a complaint just a forewarning for potential buyers with a similar lack of AE background.

Envato doesn’t require to teach AE in help files. they require a basic guide that the buyers through the customization process. although you had experienced with PS, AE is a quite different with PS. If you get a little knowledge to control AE, you can adapt this project very easy.Just drag and drop your logo into Logo Holder composition.
