I purchased this project and have been working with it for nearly 20 hours. I started working on the back half of the project. I loaded still images in .psd format for placeholders 9 – 14 successfully. Now I’m moving to the beginning of the project and importing more .psd image files and trying to load them into placeholders 1 – 8 and they do not show up!! What is going on here?! I read through some of the comments and found your response to somebody else’s concern about images/videos not showing up in place holders and you said to turn on the 3D switch in the timeline. I click it on and off and still nothing at all! My images don’t show up at all in either the “Edit_Placeholder_#” window or the ”!Final_Render_Comp” window. I made sure to open your virgin file as it was downloaded and tried loading images into placeholders 1 – 8 just to make sure that I wasn’t the cause of turning something on or off during the creation of my own project but still, I can’t get any images to load in your virgin untouched original file. Somebody else said they figured it out by moving the image all the way to the left in the placeholder. Still to no avail. I’ve never had a problem like this before with any other templates. What can be done to help troubleshoot?
