Hi Ismail, I’m running an iMac 27” on OSX Mavericks, I see that you built this project on windows, although it shouldn’t be altered that may be a reason? The layer [E3D BACKGROUND] has the element plugin inside and when I open on “Scene Setup” I see that you are using the object wall but the only thing I see is a black screen so that maybe another reason. Anyway if you could help me to link the backgrounds manually I will do it but I need this project to work, first because I paid for it and secondly because I need to render a Logo intro for this week. I controlled the project but, I didnt see any problem. All assets were came with linked. I understood you are using CC. Anyway, you can relink background. First Please select “E3D BACKGROUND” and enter Scene Setup menu. Then, File > Relink Scene Files. After that; Click Select Folder and set your background object folder. Finally click Relink to link files. Thats all. I hope it will solve your problem.

When you first open the project, you will see the relink warning. Then you will show the texture folder in relink menu. After showing it, just click relink… Thats all….

The logo text isnt showing up for some reason?

Really like the template but I can’t get it to change from the envato logo to my logo. I’ve tried both text and and AI approach and I can’t get it to break out of the envato log and render my logo. I’m replacing the logo in the Logo Replacement Comp. What am I missing? I went through the tutorial and it still wont work.
Please watch the video tutorial carefully. You have delete old masks from logo. Then you have to use auto-trace to mask your new logo! You can see this on video tutorial. Thanks for purchasing…
When I trace my apply to new layer is checked and grayed out- so I can’t change it. Any ideas?

I followed the intructions in the video about 15 times- I would suggest a new video with voice while your doing it. I start and pause and start and pause to make sure i’m not missing a single step. OnRoadEn just posted that they are experiencing the exact same thing. I would like a refund please- to much time spent trying to figure out this theme

No I figured it out there is a much easier way to do this. Just completely deleted your Logo Replacement Comp and created my own text layer and linked the Element 3d Custom Text and Masks Path Layer 1 to my new text and it’s done and working perfectly. I don’t know why the other way didn’t work for me but I got it to work and can wait to work with this- it truly is one of the best templates I have scene and looking forward to more of you work. If you need someone to make you a video with voice and step by step I’m happy to do that for you. I would just ask that each video I make I get that template for free. I promise quality work. Anyway- good show- thank you:)
