My new AE version is CC 2018. But AE can´t find some elements in the Bobby-template now, f.e. “cant open “Bobby_Run.wav” , “Bobby_Walks.wav” etc.

Seems like After Effects can’t find the source files for the project.
A reason for this might be if you’re trying to open the project directly from the zip archive.
Make sure you extract the archive in a folder first and then open the project.
Let me know if this is not the case.
Hi. How can I remove background. All I need is this blue guy pulling down the rope. I need to insert him to another video. So I need to create some green backgound/no background video
Unfortunately the project is not planed with background removal in mind.
There are masks you can use to remove the snow and the sky, but the snow mask will cut Bobby’s feet(because they are in the snow).
If you open “Main_Source” composition in “Compositions” folder you will see a layer “SKY_Adjustment” and a “MASK” layer just above it. It’s possible to combine this mask layer and the one above “SNOW_Adjustment” and use them as alpha for the whole video.
Hi, I’ve just purchased this animation pack (which is awesome as always) but i just wondered do you have any still images of the Xmas hat that Bobby’s wearing that i can use with the Bobby Still Images Pack? I’d like to do a couple of still shots of him too wearing the hat. Thanks and keep up the great work.

in the “Render Queue” panel there is a task that’s trying to render the project in C:\Christmas_Bobby_2.mp4, but you probably don’t have C: drive(on Mac for example). You can just delete all current tasks and create a new one, or click on the file name and choose an existing directory and render.

it’s very simple. In the “Project” panel open the “ADD_CONTENT_HERE” folder, then open “Final_Card_Placeholder” composition and drag and drop your logo inside.
If you are new to After Effects I suggest you watch some of the After Effects for beginners tutorials on youtube. Also take a look at the PDF documentation that comes with the project.
