Hi there, I don’t know exactly how it is in after effects if you want to type something in another language. If you can type this way in any other template or after effects – here it will work too. Only thing, you have to run English wersion of After Effects.

Hi there, You’ve probably moved your Project file to another destination than “explainer video toolkit” folder. There are two solutions,

1. move your file back to folder
2. in project panel choose missing map > right click > replace footage > and navigate to [Explainer video toolkit folder > footage > map

After effects will automatically reload all missing footages

Hi there, thank you for purchasing and I’m very sorry for complications.

I think this error is caused because you’re running After Effects in other language than Englis(US). This template unfortunatelly can’t be expression universalized because script for this is not working so you need to switch your after effects to english version.

To do this you have to simply place an empty ae_force_english.txt file in your My Documents folder

This should change your language to English and then should template works normally.
