Hi! I wanted to know whether this template is customizable with the text?
Hello there! Unfortunately the text isnt editable, however you can change the logo.
I just put in for a refund because I learned you need After Effects. I don’t have After Effects. I only purchase .mov or .mp4 files. Are you able to send me one of these two types or video files? Then I won’t need a refund.
What kind of video file do you need?
mp4 format without the Envato logo?
If you could make it an mp4 file or .mov file for me to download I could use it. Question: the file is as it seen on the site with the entire background? I notice on the breakdown there are only some of the images.
