Thank you! You can change everything. All the elements are shapes but you can’t sell it into other projects. You can read about licenses to the links below of every yellow box’s licence.
You can download the icons from the link. But you can’t use my animated icons to your project! It’s different thing. If you will use my project I think the reviewer will reject your project.

You can’t upload the same item or parts of item. You can download the icons as icons from the link you send me (is free), but you can’t use my item as yours. You can donwload the icons from the link and create your own animation but if the animation is the same or similar with mine, the Reviewer will reject it or some author will report you.

Thank you!You can export a frame from After Effects (with alpha channel). Then import the image to Illustrator. File>Scripts>SaveDocAsSVG.
the script menu have not the item SaveDocAsSVG. How i can add it? Another question is this converted svgs will be animated or stable?
