Hello, I just bough this product. When i opened it in AE CS5, it said I needed Optical Flares plug in; but your product said “no plug in needed.” ? When opened, “edit 001” is a weird negative looking screen? Thanks for any assistance.

No you don’t need Optical Flares , all Pr-rendered, looks like you have to locate the Pr-rendered files from your hard drive.Go to 003.GFX folder >Replace footage file > then locate the file(s).
