I purchased the trailer but having problems to open the prerendered files with after effects cc.
The error message is “the file ‘particles_01.mov’ cannot be imported: file ”.mov” is damaged or not supported”.
I translated the error message (Im using the german program version).
Any idea? Hope you’re still there, I didnt look at the upload date before I purchased
