But according to your screencap … the files are not damaged or unsupported …, but “missing” .., That is why I say it “cant be” because these projects go through a very strong review process before they publish on the marketplace, and Videohive checks everything before they are approved.

Sometimes this can cause a codec you have installed or even sound card drivers … It could happen. So if you can just please email me via my profile page, I can communicate with you much conveniently and in detail. I always make sure my clients are happy.

Those video files are Quicktime with alpha in PNG Compression. Never given any trouble to any of my other clients. So please try importing some Mov files do some checks from your end … and please email me an FTP server link (If you have it) .. so may be I can resend you the rendered files or even the whole project again … Hope hear from you

Hey can you just try right clicking on the missing asset in the “Projects” window and choose “Replace footage” -> “File” and manually browse to the the file in the extracted folder … maybe then all the other 8 items will link back .., Please let me know how it goes.

01. The elements which you see when the camera pulls back in the “Zoom out Reveal” (Between the first section and the final logo reveal)

02. In the “Rotation Reveal”, The small ring effects in the middle when the camera starts rotating 360.

Pre-renders are only there when those fast camera movements are happening(Mainly to reduce render time), but even there its only few elements.
