Sorry, it was trapped in my spam folder. Your product description isn’t clear – I was hoping for a refund in good faith. Obviously that was misguided. And your extremely arrogant reply does you no favours.

Really sorry for your inconvenience, actually thing is you haven’t read the product description properly it’s clear say this template needs Element 3D.

Also it’s like this if everyone say they don’t have Element 3D and I need a refund then it’s like a fraud after download the project, so envato doesn’t refund after download the project.

What I can do is I can customize the project for you but there is a cost for customization, I didn’t offer you that because I don’t wanna take an advantage from your situation.

Thanks for purchasing the project. But sorry to tell there is not pre-rendered version of this. You have to have Element 3D for open this.
